I was skeptical at first. I had to find another provider when I found that my current provider was not on my plan as the insurance said, and I really didn't want to find another one. The main reason for choosing this insurance was that my doctor was shown on their website to be a provider, which she was not! Painful lesson learned, since I could not switch insurance plans.

After researching the other doctors, I found that St. Mary's was very close to my home, and it seemed that they specialized in many of the treatments that I needed. First, I confirmed with St. Mary's that they were an approved provider (not making that mistake again), and made an appointment for my initial physical exam.

I was blown away with the friendliness of the staff, and especially the knowledge and care Remi Thomas exhibited. She took her time, really LISTENED, and explained her plan of care and why. She wanted to heal the problems, not just the symptoms. She made me comfortable speaking with her and agreeing to the plan. In such a short time, I felt that I could trust that I made the right decision. Such a blessing that I did not anticipate!
